I can’t really get new furniture or anything – I’m sorta stuck with the ones I got – but I can get new accessories/decorations and that kind of thing. My room is sorta small and I am not very neat so it gets very cluttered a lot and then it seems even smaller. I try to keep it as clean as I can, but I’m a very busy person, so I have a tendency to just fling stuff on my desk/bed/floor on my way out the door rather than take the time to put it away.

Anyways, what I’m saying is, right now I have a very boring room. I would love to turn it (INEXPENSIVELY <– that's important!!) into a super cool place for me and my friends to hang out in. How can I do that? Any suggestions/tips/advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance1

My cousins have been kind enough to give a bedroom at their house.
The room is very plain, wooden walls, a bed and some draws. I would like to make it more interesting and look/feel more like a bedroom, but I don’t want to spend too much money either, hence DIY’s. I’m going up there this weekend and want to start decorating my bedroom.
if it helps; I’m a 17 year old teenage girl. Love birds/feather, photography, the colour purple, summer & driving my manual convertible.
Websites, images & YouTube links will be very helpful.

So I’m sitting here in my bedroom realizing it’s the blandest thing on the planet. Does anybody have any ideas for personalizing a 16 year old girl’s bedroom without it looking over crowded? Keeping in mind that I can’t just up and paint it without facing the wrath of the parents.

I realised yesterday that all the bedrooms in my house, the bedroom closets are on the same wall as the door or are in line with the door.
I wanted to know if it is better for it to be on the same wall as the door?
OTHERWISE, What are your suggestions or advice/opinions?

If someone can help me out, it will be very much appreciated and taken into consideration!
    Thank you so much!

I want to decorate my daughters room in a Princess Jasmine theme, but I don’t want all the other Disney Princesses. If there isn’t a place with just Jasmine we wouldn’t mind a few Alladin decorations and pictures, but everywhere I look only has her with all the other Disney Princesses. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

So I’m into the whole “emo” look and punk rock stuff.

    Hi everyone,
I am looking for teenage bedroom decoration ideas. Something like craft projects. (Nothing to young or that wouldn’t suit in a teenage room)
My room is painted blue so I need to stick to that colour scheme.
I want something that is quick to make or do to make the room more exciting… Right now it is rather bland.

(Ideas or links to websites is good)
