I’m 24 and after just having a baby and breast feeding for two weeks before going to the bottle, my once perfect DD breast have shrunk a few sizes and are starting to sag a bit. This is so embarrassing. I’m really considering surgery. Before I go that far, is there anything I can do to stop what nature has obviously intended? I’m trying Palmers skin Firming lotion, it makes the skin look amazing but doesn’t really tighten, and after a shower I rub sweet almond oil all over. Please help.

Within the context of a possible environmental collapse and a rising population do you think algae could be reconsidered as a food of the future? Would it be possible to grow strands such as spirulina in the house in sufficient quantities to provide a proportion of a persons dietary needs (maybe 20-50%?)

I was thinking about making a stir fry, but I have bits of chicken (everything but the breasts and the legs) but I’ve never really cooked a real chicken like this. I usually just use the pre-cut breasts.

Do I just chop up the chicken into bits and fry it in olive oil or something?
